Here’s how we carry out our 400 Grit Polish process:

1. Remove any existing adhesives, like tile mastic & carpet glue, from the floor.
2. Patch and fix any cracks as needed.
3. Grind the floor using diamond grits of 30, 80, and 120.
4. Switch to 50 grit and grind the floor once more.
5. Polish the floor with resins of 100, 200, and finally, 400 grit.
6. Stop at the 400-grit resin bond to achieve a low-sheen finish.
7. Produces a low-luster matte finish with slight overhead reflection at a distance of roughly 100 feet.
8. Optionally apply color and densifier.
9. Hand-polish the wall edges for precision.
10. Apply 2 sealer coats of sealer.
11. Burnish the floor to achieve a glossy finish.
12. Creates a low-sheen finish with a low-luster matte appearance.

Here’s how we execute the 800 Grit Polish process:

1. Here, we use an 800-grit or higher diamond abrasive for a higher sheen compared to a level 2 finish.
2. Firstly, remove any existing adhesives, like tile mastic or carpet glue, from the floor.
3. Patch and repair any cracks that need fixing.
4. Start by grinding the floor with 30-grit diamonds to refine the surface.
5. Follow up with grinding using 80-grit and 120-grit diamonds for further refinement.
6. Polish the floor using 50, 100, 200, 400, and finally, 800 grit resins for a smooth finish.
7. Results in good light reflectivity, with clear reflection of side and overhead lighting at a distance of 30 to 50 feet.
8. Optionally, color and densifier can be applied to enhance both appearance and durability.
9. Hand-polish the wall edges for meticulous finishing.
10. Apply 2 coats of sealer.
11. Burnish the floor to achieve a glossy, attractive finish.
12. Achieves a surface with a much higher sheen and improved light reflectivity.

1. We utilize resin pads of 1500 grit or higher to refine the surface further.
2. First of all, we remove any adhesives, such as tile mastic & carpet glue.
3. Patch and mend any cracks that need attention.
4. Begin by grinding the floor with 30-grit diamonds to refine the surface.
5. Continue grinding with 120-grit diamonds to further refine the surface.
6. Polish the floor using 200, 400, 800, and finally, 1500 grit resins for a smooth finish.
7. Enhances the shine and clarity of the floor, providing a semi-polished appearance.
8. Optionally, add color and densifier to enhance both appearance and durability.
9. Hand-polish the wall edges for detailed finishing.
10. Apply 2 coats of sealer.
11. Burnish the floor to achieve a glossy and appealing finish.
12. Objects being reflected become sharper and clearer, although not as crisp as in higher grit levels.

Here’s our process for the 3000 Grit Polish:

1. We progress to 3000-grit resin-bond diamond or use a high-speed burnisher with specialty buffing pads.
2. First, we remove all existing adhesives, such as carpet glue, tile mastic
3. Patch and repair any cracks as needed.
4. Grind the floor using diamond grits of 200.
5. Polish the floor with resins of 400, 800, 1500, and finally, 3000 grit for a smooth finish.
6. Achieves a mirror-like finish, resembling the look of glass.
7. Provides a high degree of shine with total clarity, allowing for clear reflections of objects.
8. Optionally, apply color and densifier. Hand-polish the wall edges for precise detailing.
9. The floor appears wet when viewed from various angles.
10. Apply 2 sealer coats.
11. Burnish the floor to achieve a glossy finish.
12. The final step in the polishing process is ensuring the surface reaches maximum gloss and smoothness.
