GP has 25+ years of experience and has completed thousands of residential, commercial, and industrial floor coating projects. The knowledge we have gained throughout the years has helped us approach every project with detail from the initial bid to the completion of the project. We taught ourselves to put ourselves in the client’s shoes and understand what they want from start to finish, which is clarity, communication, quality, and efficiency in the completion of the scope of work. It has been a tremendous help in learning how to deliver quality workmanship, and professional services to every client we work with. Communication is the foundation of success when working with clients. Being on the same page and having clarity on expectations helps GP provide a clear scope of work that we specifically design (or follow if provided) for every project. The end goal is to have a quality completion of work that is aesthetically pleasing, lasts for years, and protects the surfaces.
The goal is simple, give clarity on how the project is going to be completed, what products are going to be used after the preparation work, and the time frame in which a project is going to be completed. With our resources and relationships with all the industry manufacturers, we make sure to engage them in our projects to help us make important decisions about what coatings & specialty coatings to use on projects to preserve and maximize the lifespan of the surface we are coating.
There are many specific areas of projects that we work on that take many years and even decades of experience to learn what is the best process to ensure the success and longevity of the coating. This process has proven to be successful for us throughout decades and it is an example in light of situations like this of how we put our years of experience to work for every client.
