We review your space, colors, and any branding or layout requirements, then agree on the decorative concrete finish that best fits your goals.
Prep & Grind
We repair the existing concrete slab and grind the surface to the proper exposure level needed to achieve your selected look and finish.
Stain / Dye & Score
Stains or dyes are applied to create the desired color, while scoring, borders, patterns, or logos are carefully cut into the concrete surface.
Polish & Seal
The floor receives its final polish to the selected sheen level, followed by a penetrating sealer and stain guard for long-lasting protection.

Can you polish our floor while we stay operational?
In most cases, yes. We phase the work area by area and schedule around shifts to keep operations running. We’ll build a phasing plan into the proposal.
How does polished concrete handle forklift and heavy traffic?
Densified, polished concrete is purpose-built for it. The lithium silicate hardener increases surface hardness so the floor resists the abrasion and point loads of MHE traffic far better than coatings.
Will polishing stop our slab from dusting?
Yes. Slab dusting comes from a soft, porous surface. Densification chemically hardens the surface and eliminates the dusting that contaminates product and equipment.
What if our slab has cracks, joints, or surface damage?
We assess and repair first — filling cracks and joints with semi-rigid filler and patching surface damage before polishing for a durable, uniform floor.
Is polished concrete suitable for food or pharmaceutical facilities?
Yes. A densified, polished surface is non-porous and cleanable, which supports sanitation requirements. We finish to the grit and spec your compliance environment requires.
