We begin by using a single pass with 20-grit aggressive diamond shoes. This effectively eliminates any imperfections present in the slab and aids in achieving a smooth surface.
Next, we apply a quick-setting filler to repair all the small holes, cracks & imperfections on the slab’s surface.
Following that, we utilize 40-grit diamond shoes to refine and smooth out the slab further.
Afterward, we apply the concrete densifier and allow approximately 20 minutes for it to penetrate into the slab.
Following the application of the concrete densifier, we used 80 resin pads to enhance the smoothness of the slab further.
